Refund Policy

At EssenceClub, we take pride in the quality and exclusivity of our digital products. Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that circumstances may arise. Please review our policy below.

1. Digital Products

All documents and content sold through EssenceClub are digital goods that are delivered and accessible instantly upon purchase. Because the content can be consumed and is non-returnable once accessed, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if:

  • The product was never accessed or downloaded
  • There is a material defect or the content is significantly different from what was described
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The content has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded
  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
  • The reason is a change of mind or failure to read the product description
  • The account has been terminated due to a Terms of Service violation

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@essenceclub.blog within the refund window. Please include:

  • Your name and account email
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • The reason for your refund request

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellation

There are no recurring subscriptions. Purchases are one-time payments and do not require cancellation. If we introduce subscriptions in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
